Data deletion

Delete your ShiftNight data.

You can delete your ShiftNight account and the app data associated with that account from inside the iPhone app. This page is the public deletion instructions URL for app stores and ad platforms.

Delete your account in the app

  1. Open ShiftNight on your iPhone.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Choose Account.
  4. Tap Delete account and confirm the deletion.

What gets deleted

Account deletion removes your local ShiftNight data from the app and purges the server-side data associated with your ShiftNight account, including account records, subscription sync records, sleep history sync rows, diagnostic uploads, consented telemetry rows, and saved Sleep Mode recordings stored for account restore.

App Store subscription billing

Deleting your ShiftNight account does not cancel an active App Store subscription by itself. Apple manages subscription billing. You can manage or cancel a subscription from your Apple Account settings in iOS.
