By downloading, installing, or using ShiftNight (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the App.

2. Not Medical Advice

ShiftNight provides sleep schedule recommendations and educational content. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your healthcare provider about sleep concerns, especially if you suspect a sleep disorder.

3. Use of the App

You may use ShiftNight for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.

4. Subscriptions

ShiftNight offers optional premium subscriptions managed through Apple's App Store. Pricing, billing, and cancellation are handled by Apple per their terms. We offer monthly, annual, and lifetime purchase options.

5. Privacy

Your use of ShiftNight is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The short version: your health data never leaves your device.

6. Intellectual Property

ShiftNight, its design, mascot, and content are owned by Spacetime Innovations, LLC. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

ShiftNight is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will meet your specific needs.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spacetime Innovations, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of ShiftNight.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
